Service Agreement
By signing below, you agree to subscribe to A&H HVAC Repair's AC maintenance service. You will be billed according to your selected plan:
- Quarterly Plan: $100 base per quarter + $40 for each additional AC unit at the same physical location, billed every 3 months
Services include quarterly AC maintenance visits, filter changes for 1 AC unit per visit, and priority emergency service.
Payment Authorization & Auto-Renewal
You authorize A&H HVAC Repair to charge your payment method automatically according to your selected billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
