1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the A&H HVAC Repair subscription service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

A&H HVAC Repair provides AC maintenance subscription services, including:

• Quarterly AC maintenance visits (approximately every 90 days)
• Full system assessment and inspection
• Filter replacement (up to 3 household filters per visit)
• Freon top-off (nominal included amount)
• Capacitor replacement when needed
• Priority emergency service scheduling
• 20% discount on repairs outside subscription scope

3. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $129 per month, billed monthly
• Quarterly Plan: $357 every 3 months, billed quarterly
• Annual Plan: $1,188 per year, billed annually

All plans include the same services. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Payment Terms and Auto-Renewal

By subscribing to our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize automatic recurring charges according to your selected plan
• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Understand that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will continue and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selected plan) unless you cancel. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee on or about the same date each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Service Visits

Service visits are scheduled approximately every 90 days from your subscription start date. We will:

• Contact you to schedule each visit
• Provide advance notice of scheduled visits
• Require access to your AC system during scheduled times
• Document all work performed in your customer portal

If you need to reschedule a visit, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Missed visits without proper notice may not be rescheduled.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to receive services until the end of your paid period.

7. Limitation of Liability

A&H HVAC Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Grant reasonable access to your AC system for service visits
• Notify us of any changes to your contact information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by A&H HVAC Repair and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which A&H HVAC Repair operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
